Nancy Pelosi Warns U.S. Olympic Athletes for Beijing Olympics 2022

How would one feel if the elected official of their country warns its own citizen to be wary of angering the government of another country? Shouldn’t it be their job to assure them of protection despite what another sovereign country intents to do?

Below is the Democrat Speaker of the House (USA) Nancy Pelosi warning the U.S. athlete of voicing their opinion against the Chinese government. 

Do no Risk incurring the anger of the Chinese government because they are ruthless ….

… But I also worry about what the Chinese government might do to their reputations, to their families.
