Since the Covid19 pandemic erupted into the scene, health and wellness have never been so important. For me. the pandemic was a good time to draw my attention on my well-being, both physical and mental, something that was often overlooked. From breathing exercises, to rope jumps to Intermittent Fasting and picking up reading, it was a time well spend at home.
